Octavio Navarro is a Network Engineer and Founder of AggreGateway. He has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He proudly served 6 years in the United States Navy as an Operation Specialist. While serving, he worked with radars, electronic warfare, electronic navigation, and voice radio communication systems. After four deployments in his military career, he was Honorably Discharged and transitioned his focus to Computer Networks. As a Network Engineer, he works on design, implementation, and management of Local and Wide Area Networks.

As a skilled Communications Engineer with extensive experience in all phases of wireless network implementation, Huw brings invaluable knowledge in planning, designing, optimizing, and deployment of wireless communications. Prior to joining AggreGateway, Huw spent 15 years with the City of San Diego Wireless Service Division. Throughout his 15 years as Communications Engineer he helped design numerous wireless and fiber back haul solutions for the City of San Diego . His notable network accomplishments include the Regional 3Cs Network, San Diego Public Utilities, Motorola Trunk Radio System, Vislink Helicopter Video Downlink Network, and the POCSAG Paging System. In 2014, Huw oversaw the newly designed City of San Diego Safety Network (SafetyNet). His design and project management led to the completion of a $4 million backhaul network that currently serves San Diego public safety agencies.

Jim has 20 years on-site experience as a customer-facing Integration Engineer. He is a subject matter expert in Layer 2 and 3 LAN and WAN technologies. His experience is global, spanning throughout the United States, Canada, and 9 other countries. Before joining the private sector, Jim worked as a Network Architect for the U. S. Navy. He was responsible for network design and operations at both Point Mugu and China Lakes Naval Bases. He holds a BSEE and both a MBA and a MS in Technology Management.

With more than 20 years of experience, Christine has extensive expertise in managing programs and projects while maintaining daily business operations for public and private clients. She is experienced in management of schedules, budgets, quality control, and scope from initial concept through completion. Christine’s past experience includes Project Manager for the Regional 3Cs Network, which provided interoperability for various agencies in the San Diego region. As Project Manager she was responsible for grants, procurement, budget, and customer incident support. Christine was also a San Diego Police Lead Dispatcher for 23 years and served as an on-site support technician for mobile computer terminals. Her experience as a police dispatcher, technician, and project manager brings a unique skill set in all technical aspects that support public safety networks.

Andrew is a Network Engineer with 5 years of experience in computer technologies. He has hands-on experience in providing network support, installation, and analysis for a broad range of LAN/WAN communication systems. He holds various network certifications and has obtained a BS in Computer Engineering.
